Service overview

Wayv Solutions records padel matches using on-court cameras. After your match, the footage is uploaded to your Wayv Solutions account, where you can view and download it at your convenience.

Video storage

• All recorded footage is automatically stored for 14 days from the time of upload.
• After 14 days, footage is permanently deleted from our servers unless you choose to save it.
• You can manually save any video to your profile to retain access for as long as you wish.

User responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to download or save your videos within the 14-day window if you wish to keep them.
• Do not use the app to capture or distribute content that violates the rights of others or any applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All footage captured remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant Wayv Solutions a limited license to store and process your videos solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Data and privacy

Wayv Solutions respects your privacy. We only collect data necessary to provide the service, and we do not share your footage or personal information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the new terms.
