Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Wayv account and everything attached to it. No reason needed, and you do not need the app installed.

What gets deleted

  • Your Wayv sign-in — your name, email address and password.
  • Every clip you have saved, and the record that you saved it.
  • Any clips you reported, and the reports themselves.
  • Your account cannot be recovered afterwards, and neither can your saved clips.

What does not get deleted, and why

Match footage belongs to the club whose court it was recorded on, not to your account, so deleting your account does not delete the recordings themselves. Every clip is deleted automatically fourteen days after it was recorded regardless, unless somebody has saved it.

If you want a specific clip you appear in taken down, tell us which one when you submit the form below, or contact us directly — that is a separate request and we will action it.

How long it takes

We action requests within 30 days. We verify that the request came from the account holder before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could erase someone else's account by typing their email address into this page.
